31 Day Burpee Challenge
Build endurance and strength during this daily burpee challenge. Gixo will donate $0.05 to Women's Sports Foundation for each burpee completed in the challenge (up to $25).
Add a burpee each day in August
Gixo will host daily burpee challenge classes. Coaches will start by teaching you how to do a burpee and then will focus on building endurance! You’ll add a burpee corresponding to the day of the month. Aug 1 = one burpee, Aug 2 = two burpees, as you build up to 31 in the LIVE Burpee Bash.
Burpees are the broccoli of fitness: they have so many benefits! They build cardiovascular stamina and strength in your quads, glutes, hamstrings, triceps, chest, and abs. Burpees are also ideal for meeting weight loss goals. Gixo is proud to support The Women’s Sports Foundation, an organization dedicated to creating leaders by ensuring girls access to sports.
