Born and raised in San Francisco, Basketball was my sport, got injured too much, went to college at SJSU studied sports medicine, learned how to heal the body, worked on a bunch of college D1 sports teams, worked as a personal trainer who specialized in injury rehabilitation and prevention, worked at TRX developing exercises and workouts, started my own business called Low Back Solutions, currently helping improve lives by decreasing joint pains and strengthening my clients/friends and family!

Why are you passionate about health and fitness?
I love the way exercise feels. It makes me confident and happy. And I hate being in pain, I really don’t wish it on my worst enemy. I try to help everyone I know get rid of their joint and orthopedic pain so they can have fun with exercise and movement.
