Fitcamp Express is a group workout program designed to help you develop a weekly fitness habit. Your Fitcamp Express group will join live 25-min classes at the same time of day, 4 days a week (M-Thu) for 3 weeks in October.

There will be seven 25-minute Fitcamp groups (listed as PST, but app will show your local times zone): 3:30 am, 4:30 am, 6:30 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 5:15 pm, and 7:00 pm. Open the app to pick and reserve your time slot.
