Team Baseline Challenge

Kickoff the summer team challenge with this baseline test! Together we will count up everybody's reps at the start of this challenge and then again at the end to see who has improved the most as a team over the next three weeks. There are 5 exercises that you will be counting reps for and the rest is a full body workout.
