Teamwork makes the dream work

Add some friendly competition to your workouts this summer! This 13-workout series includes group strength training, cardio, and relay races over the course of 3+ weeks. Your Summer Teammate Challenge group will join live 25 and 40-min classes at the same time of day, 4 days a week (M/Tu/Th/Sa) for 3 weeks in July (plus one extra Monday). All weekday workouts can be done indoors and you'll have the option to go outside on Saturdays!

Summer Fitness Fun

We’ll kick off with a Baseline workout and end with a Finish Line to measure progress. Everyone who completes all 13 workouts between July 8 and July 29 earns Zero K cooling and cleansing wipes and the team with the most improvement earns bragging rights!
