Whether you’re getting started or want to run faster, we have a Challenge for you! All Challenges start on Monday, June 3.

Get Faster: 5K Challenge

4 workouts a week for 4 weeks: Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat
Calling all walkers and runners! This Challenge kicks off with a baseline 5K. For the next four weeks, we’ll focus on run training as well as cross-training to improve speed. Must be outdoors or on a treadmill to participate.

Get Moving: 21 Day Challenge

7 workouts a week for 3 weeks: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
21 days. 21 classes. Short 15 and 25-min workouts are your game and consistency is your name. How many days can you be active in a row? All weekday workouts are indoors.

Get Started Gentle Movement Challenge

4 workouts a week for 4 weeks: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
Getting started with fitness can be the hardest part. Our coaches are here to support you every step of the way in short walking, stretching, and gentle strength classes.
