In this 4-week Challenge, you'll train to walk or run a 5K or 10K. Our team of trainers will keep you motivated and moving in every workout. Compete to earn speed and step awards on race day on Saturday, April 27!

Get moving this spring

Shake off the winter blues and get moving this spring. A 5K or 10K may feel daunting at first, but our coaches will help you prep for race day on Saturday, April 27. During the week you’ll take a combination of strength and cardio workouts to prepare you to rack up mileage on the weekend. Walkers and runners are welcome!

  • Saturday, April 6 = 1 mile
  • Saturday, April 13 = 2 miles
  • Saturday, April 20 = Conditioning
  • Saturday, April 27 = 5K (3.12 miles) or 10K (6.24 miles)

All weekday workouts (Mon/Tue/Thu) can be done indoors at home or at a gym. There will also be an option to get outside on weekdays. On Saturdays, you can choose between indoor or outdoor. Races can be done outdoors or on a treadmill.

Two awards will be given for each race on April 27: one for fastest finish and one for most steps. The award is a Gixo home gym kit: yoga mat, foam roller, and set of hand weights!
